Can you please help me with recommendation on a monopod & tripod that won't show up while using the 360 mod, but is also heavy enough to not fall over. And when extended about eye level (5 - 6 ft tall).

Very good! Question: Using the app on my iPhone I have run into a problem. I choose a theme and a white circle shows up in the middle and a yellow ring inside just spins forever. Then I can’t choose a clip. It is just stuck with the ring spinning. I have tried turning off the iPhone completely, tried hard rest on the X3. My first try succeeded and now trying to use a theme I always get the described problem . Please help if you have an idea. Thank you!

I'm having an issue with inst360 on x2 downloading to my Note Ultra 20, have you try using a cable to attach insta330 one x2 to your phone for better transfer of the file?

My question is whether the App can be used on BOTH my iPad and my iPhone (which are sharing other apps like my Notes) Not at the same time. Hi I've just down loaded studio 2020 and tried to use it of the first time. There are no options appearing in the right hand pannel under basic settings. I have tried reloading it but with no joy. Any ideas on ow to resolve this. Thanks in anticipation.

This is a great tutorial and thank you very much! There is just one thing that does not match my insta 360 app (Android) . @23:12 we see that you can access your local videos from different sources (by selecting ALL) . I dont see this option unfortunately. It is a bummer because I was planning to use different exported and converted videos to create a story but now I see it is not apparently possible in android.

AMAZING video (as always!). I’m just curious about the cracks/pops I keep hearing. Are they from the One R’s internal mic or do you have an external mic hooked up? My One R just arrived today and I will cry if it’s having the same sound problems as the Hero 9!

I watched a video where someone said with the Theta Z1 you can take a shot with Lens A, then quickly run around the other side and then Lens B takes the shot, you know for when it's hard to get out of your 360 picture because there is nowhere to hide. Does the One R have this feature?

Hi, question. I did my first recording and my first edit. Do you know where the original file is after you trim and edit one? Is the original file completely modified? Even when you connect again to find the original file on the one X2, it shows the trimmed version under ”camera” too???

Hi, is there anyway to download/copy the files from Insta 360 One R (twin edition) directly to iphone (12 pro) through usb cable? When I click download, the files are getting downloaded through wifi which takes long time. Also, what's the use of "USB mode" in the camera? When I change the usb mode to ios or android, nothing is happening. So, what's the actual function of these modes? I have been searching answers to these questions for over 4 months now. :(

Good Morning, I just got my Insta360 One R last week and, thanks to your great tutorial videos, I’ve completed my first, short clip. My question is how can I share it with my 97 yo Dad, in another state. His eyes are failing so he uses a large desktop monitor to view pictures. I haven’t been able to figure out if I can upload the video into Google Photos. I think there may a problem with that. I also can’t attach it to an email, because the file is too large.
