I'll have to check when I get back home. But I know it came from home depot. It is a 3 in one, ac, heat, dehumidifier. The heat function though is trash. Ac works great. In summer time I keep it infront of my passenger seat then when I use it I lift it onto the seat and hook up the vent tube to the window

It's really not as loud as the video might make it seem. The diesel ones and refer trailers are way louder

@@Carstalgia Oh great. Here over Stop and Shop Assonet MAS waiting 5 hrs to be unloaded and looking at a similar set up. The guy has his generator bolted dwn on that cross walk with not much space between the trailer and tractor. If it works it works. I prefer your setup still. Bless.

Only issue I had was the pull cord snapped. Easy fix though. I did consider building a box for it but never got around to it. Still works great

With the load my ac unit puts on 2 gallons gets me 10-12 hours

Definitely need to look into those. Even if I run them off this generator but replace the ac/heat unit. I'm not against mounting something outside

@@Carstalgia I bought the AC directly from China on alibaba, the unit itself (plus shipping) was about $850, how much you spend on batteries is up to you really, depends on what brand and capacity obviously , I got 4 SOK 100AH (400Ah total) batteries (about $2000) , you’ll also need a DC to DC charger (I got the Renogy 60 amp charger, about $200), 2 gauge wires to hook everything up and some circuit breakers. Again, it’s up to you how much you want to spend on the setup , you can get the cheapest batteries and charger or you can invest a little more and get better batteries and chargers. If you’re tight on money or just don’t need too much running time, a cheap 300AH battery from amazon will do, if you need more running time, obviously bigger battery and solar. I might make a video soon with the setup

@JWCW Trucking a diesel powered apu is also a generator buddy. They do the same thing. Only mine isn't hardwired into the truck or the coolant. Which not all apus are. This is used to power an ac unit to keep idle down. It's an apu, that doesn't cost 12k.
