As far as that first one, if you're wondering why the off duty cop didn't pull him over, here's a possible reason. In Michigan unmarked cars, even those on duty cannot initiate stops. They can radio ahead, and a marked police car will initiate the stop. It's possible that that's the rule in MA

I was doing Uber this week. I was at a red-light, with a police officer in the lane next to me. A car with no headlights on (at midnight), drives straight towards us on a one way street. The cop does nothing, drives past the guy (who turned into a liquor store parking lot). 10 minutes later I see 3 cruisers with a guy yanked out at gunpoint. Moral of the story is, that sometimes cops have other things to do than traffic violations.

As a semi driver myself the cop should have pulled both drivers over. The left lane driver and the one that stays in the middle lane so no one else can get around but to take the left lane. I have had to take that left lane a few times because of trucks like that I just haven’t got caught yet and when I do I deserve that ticket.

Here in Germany, you rarely get pulled over by the police for speeding, unless they have set up a speed trap somewhere. There are simply loads of speed cameras, both fixed ones and other semi stationary ones, like a small grey box, about the size of a small trailer, or hidden in the back of normal looking cars. However, there is an app you can buy that tells you where they all are, even the temporary ones, so getting a speeding ticket is extremely rare for most people these days.

My heart swells with glee when I see a stupid driver get pulled over!

In all honesty - at least half of the speeders in the collection aren't what I'd call speeding. Especially the red car around 8:50 .. going maybe 5 more than the cammer, harmless. The whole situation only gets dangerous because the cop lights him up, he didnt endanger anybody. If the cop should have cought the cammer for left lane hogging as other commenter wrote Maybe because I'm german .. here it's almost considered normal to go 20 or 30 over outside of city borders. Heck .. I remember the last time I was attenting job interviews I went over a road I hadn't used in like 10 years, going my usual 20 over and getting passed on any occasion because now obviously 30 over is the "new 20" over. But cops patrol those roads rather rarely - maybe you see one in one of the few villages/towns, but almost never outside. And if - those cops arent laying speed traps, they themself drive to their destination, doing their "20 over" - and if you meet them in oncoming traffic they cant tell your exact speed anyway.
