ESPECIALLY the EARLY ones, like in this video. Usually, the LATER Stug versions get the most coverage on film!

According to the excellent Schiffer Press book “panzer aces” the short barrelled 75 mm was called “the stump”. Many tank aces cut their teeth on it before being trained for newer tanks at Paderborn. Contrary to popular belief, the stump was capable of tank killing.

Excelente vídeo, o Stug era realmente um "tanque diferenciado, sua altura e tamanho devia fazer ele um alvo difícil de acertar, por outro lado, em um momento há vários solados atrás dele e da pra se perceber que sua baixa altura dava pouca proteção para infantaria que tesovessse segui lo..

Why people keep on using the word Nazis on everything that related to ww2 germans!? Technically,NAZI is the name off the fascist political party.. Why dont use the name 'WËRMACHT' for the army..'KRIEGSMARINE' for their navy and. 'LÜFTWAFFE' for its airforce.. kr simply german army,navy or airforce.. Except!! Hitlers infamous private army.. 'THE S.S'.. Not every german is a Nazi and not every Nazi is a german..😅 Fact check: did you know.. before Hitler kick start WW2 and shit starts to hit the fan for the whole europe in 1939, and during the early war itself..there was a NAZI party and COMMUNIST party in u.k and in u.s.a.. with thousands off active members before it was banned and all its members were caught!?😅 Didnt believe me!? Research yourself..😂😂

My uncle, sadly, was 18 when the occupying Germans in my home town forcibly drafted him into a similar infantry unit. He barely survived that kind of fighting ending up with half his face shredded. Whenever I see such footage, puts a lump in my throat as it always reminds me of him, a nice man forced to go through so much like so many.
