Since 1 Week I am doing 3 of this knee friendly workouts and I cant thank you enough how good it feels and doing for my body! I had knee injury and couldn’t do any workout for a month and after that I was scared to do anything, but thanks to this Workouts I can do something without hurting my weak knee 😭🙏🏻✨❤️

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this one. I know there are benefits to squats, lunges and the like, but I thank you for not including them all the time. I really and truly enjoy the pace of your workouts. I am sweating buckets, but I am not losing my breath trying to keep up.

I severely overestimated how strong I was by ordering two 5kg dumbbells. It was extremely hard to do the lateral raises.
