Dr dixit suggest the same way of eating.fruits, salas nuts,protein , cereal.at the end Milk. witin 55 minutes .doesnt mean all at One time .what Will be available must BE in this sequence.if you eat 2 time insulin secration Will be 2 time ,you eat 5 Times insuline secration Will be 5 Times.

My weight is 75kg lst 20 days. I am not in a intermediate fasting 16:8 is nt possible as per my life style. I usually woke up in morning 9:30-10am a cup of black tea . After tht a boiled egg & a glass of warm water wit 1 spoon of chia seeds. 12:30-1pm a bowl of oats wit milk & walnut, dates instead of sugar. Evening 7:30 pm a cup of tea & midnight 1:30am dinner 3roti & a bowl of sabji 1 egg bhujia. That's all 2ltr water in a dry . I get tim fr workout bt for lazy ness .. This is my daily routine nothing extra i eat . only afternoon routine chng 3-4 days oats,1 day salad,1 day garlic bread,1 day 2 roti wit a bowl of sabji . Rest of all routine are same.

Bananas - Just because it's a fruit, doesn't mean you can eat it first thing in the morning! Eating bananas on an empty stomach increases the amount of magnesium in the blood, which is not good news for your heart.

thats what i did , 72 hours fasting in a week , then 2 days one emal a day , all i did cut my sugar intake , also guys remember that fine carb turns into sugar after 10 minutes of consuming

Hi! I also eat between 11-7 but I break my fast with nuts and a capuccino, then have homemade dal chawal for lunch and then straight away dinner at 6, which is usually dosa with chicken or dal / chicken stir fry with 1 cup rice / vegetable daliya / sabzi roti dahi. Am I doing this right?

Can I follow this diet plan with same foods in pcos I mean is it ok to eat cheese.i have 80kg weight and my age is 37 and height is 5.1 I know it's too much and I m trying to loose my weight I have changed my life style.i do 30 to 45 minutes walk in morning and 15 to 20 minutes workout in evening and i have totally changed my eating habits too

Teju Kondikoppa# In my opinion the region you belongs to only to that you should adjust your schedule or lifestyle. Here in North we do not use coconut, tamarind,or curry leaves in our most of the dishes. I think you understand what I am saying.
