My mom no longer has prediabetes because she did intermitent fasting and 17 hour fasting. Thank you Dr. Mindy ❤

I can't eat anything anymore because I've been fasting for years. I stopped eating around 8 pm. and start eating around 11am. 😊

Thats why we have a Fasting month Ramadan and its obligatory. Thanks God it is obligatory or wouldnt have any self discipline or Motivation top regularly fast..

Yes, this is the first I'm hearing of it I'm this detail. Why isn't this common knowledge for not only women, but everyone? I know so many friends that suffer from mood swings. Many times, we feel it's our fault and self blame, when really it's our bodies and we were never taught properly how to work with these hormones to support ourselves.

I had to learn it the long and tough way. These mood swings are a big reason I decided to stay single as a heterosexual male. Thankfully I don't get lonely and being around people several days a week at the store and gym works for my social life. @@BeHappyNoMatterWhat

Happy to see the benefits of fasting, in islam we fast for 1 month a year from the sunrise till the sunset, first week is always the hardest part but the rest is so easy.

Fasting is a little tougher on me at times because of the toxic medicine I take & also don't quit smoking. Plus there is no healthy places to eat, even if there is an option it's got bad oils, preservatives

If you got this information that came from AHA american heart association then do the opposite. They don’t want us healthy and energetic, they want us overweath, lazy, and dumb. Think about that cycle of money that flows through the departments off us being sick and how healthcare is crazy expensive= big profits!

yes I just saw that on ABC World News Tonight with David Muir a couple day ago. It specifically said "intermittent fasting". It did say more research is being done so there could be some changes.
