Just looking over my last month’s feeding diary - red meat, fish, eggs, bacon, cheese, leafy greens, all cooked in animal fat. It’s luxurious. And I’m never hungry on one meal a day. Steadily losing inches. More energy. Improved mood. Best of all, I am goal-oriented and hopeful once more.

Funny his editor took out his anger. When I read the book, day of release, I was SO DAMNED ANGRY. although the abuses of doctors and their inability to listen has kept me away from them, which I think has been better for my health in the long run. At one point, I was exercise bulimic, and when I told a doc how much I was exercising, far too much for health, he sneered and said "no you aren't." And that's not the first such experience of my life, but the hundredth. Seriously, eff every MD.
