When you mentioned the handlebar, is it bent out of shape or are hisshoulders asymmetrical?

Some are just installed/mounted/taken a fall, but this one would be it is out of adjustment range for the rider.

The bars were bent and needed to be replaced.

What is that seat cushion? The tiger seat is a weird design and throws the rider forward when braking… does that help?
