I didn't become financially independent until I was in my late 30's, and I'm still in my 30's. In addition to having purchased my second home and earning money on a monthly basis through passive income, I've also achieved three out of five goals. I just hope this inspires someone to realize that it doesn't matter if you don't have any of these things yet, you can start today no matter your age. Change your future by investing! I made a rather big decision by investing in the financial market.

The traditional path can be exhausting. Health issues unexpectedly forced me out of work with barely enough savings to even consider retirement. That moment was one of the scariest I never saw coming. But I’ve managed to earn $5m, despite starting late and missing out on compounding returns from index funds.

Nice insight! Big fan of your channel, I Retired with a seven-figure portfolio and i'm receiving around $169,500 in dividends yearly. I've been investing in stocks for nearly ten years. Passive income is likely one of the most essential and central ways millionaires accumulate wealth. I started putting money into ETFs and other stocks last year, 2k weekly to be precise and my ETF portfolio has risen to 190k since i started january last year, whereas what I have invested is 48k. I'm grateful for my broker Dianne Sarah Olson, who handles all of my investments and ensures I stay above the market.

Thanks for the video Rose! Good Stuff! I also want to add this: When starting your own business, start your own business and avoid franchises. I bought into a franchise thinking that my income would be commensurate with my level of effort. Turns out it was just like working for someone else, even worse. The way that particular franchise's business model worked, the franchise, vendors, and even my employees were making more money than the company was. All of the things I learned from the franchise, I could have figured out on my own, even if it took a little longer. Most franchises are terribly one-sided business ventures and they offer very little benefit vs. being a local "mom and pop" business. Food for thought.

I didn’t achieve financial freedom until I turned 40. As a US citizen, I raised capital by taking out a home equity loan. The interest rate was much lower than other loans, which made it a smart choice. With patience and discipline, I reinvested my earnings and avoided impulsive decisions. This strategy helped me grow my wealth, eventually allowing me to buy a new home and a car. If you’re looking to raise capital and achieve financial freedom, consider this approach.

Good information about different incomes. You mentioned a key to your success is being a very hard working person. I would also say you are a very smart person to be able to get such a high paying job. The bonus from that job alone, is more than a lot of people make in a year. When you say, "If I could do it, you can too", the reality is there are some people that could do it, but not everyone. A lot of people do not have the brains and work ethic to simply choose to be the kind of person that has the results they want.
