I don't believe you can get ultrasound from an IR receiver unless it's some kind of overlapping frequency.

there is no ultrasound. just an ampiric ir reflection. but because of high current load, this circuits dont lasts for long.

There is a transistor (phototransistor Q1)... also, the shown schematic can't work (wrong polarity of D1 and D2, no current limiting)

Run 1KHz through it. Battery is DC, buzzer will only click if you connect DC to it.

fake not technically possible when you look at the way a IR circuit works. update its fake without a current limiting resistor the led would remain on and secondly the voltage to increase and decrease flux is too low it must be above 9v. boom out yall
