Great drive sir! iRFFB is definitely a game-changer, even on ovals. I get so much more feel from the car. Between the DD1, Buttkicker, and iRFFB, if I don't catch a spin or understeer when it happens it's because I've fallen asleep at the wheel. 😎

Thanks mate. Yeah I find I can rest on the fronts easier on turn in which makes the rest of the corner a lot easier to read. 👌

You're certainly starting to get to grips with the Porsche - getting to be quite competitive already! Interesting battle with Oscar - shame he ended up lower down the timesheets at the end!!!

Thanks Terry. Slowly getting my head around this car, its so different to anything I've drive the past couple of years. I think that guy deserved the penalty, he was taking anyone out who was trying to make a legitimate move. He had 21x.

Hehe yep. This is a full on championship. It doesn't matter where you are on the grid, people will fight tooth and nail. Good fun though. 👍

Might give it another try in the Porsche then...gotta do something... so slow in this car.... cant get lower than low 49's on this track!!! but what a car!!!! lovin it :)

Yep it's a great car this time around. I wasn't too much of a fan of the original. We've got Nurburgring combined this week. That'll sort the men from the boys. 👌

Well.... tried iRFB again after a week round Hungaro without it....... and took over a sec off My laptime!!!! as you say... not sure it its me getting used to the track.... but it just seemed like there was more 'feel'...

Yep, I did a couple of laps of the ring this morning and I reckon iRFFB helps you feel the tyre warm up too. 👌

Nice vids buddy... I see you mentioned you were using iRFFB now? I used it for a while with the skippy & Radical... but have removed it now.... I have a DD - SC2 Pro... which doesnt really need it I dont think... but havent tried it with the new Porche!! So can you tell much difference on the DD1?

Thanks Ray. Yeah there is a noticeable difference getting a feel of the fronts when you are right at the apex. I was able to settle the front easier and get onto full throttle with a bit more confidence too. My times have come right down, but that could also be with the amount of practice I've had in the past 2 weeks.

Consistency is the key, my last Skippy race I got the fastest lap but I made 3 big mistakes and a couple little mistakes so I ended up P7 instead of P1. Oscar won that penalty fair and square; one of the dirtiest drivers I have seen. Porsche is better to watch than the Vee.

Hehe, Porsche is a lot more intense than the Vee that's for sure. 👍 Yeah consistency is ultra hard as the trye life degrades so rapidly half way through the race. I just try to hit my marks and see where I end up after lap 10. It was unfortunate Oscar raced so hard, we were catching the next guy ultra quick and it was spoiled. Good fun though and a great challenge.

It crossed my mind... hehe. I was hoping to legitimately out race home, but he parked it on the apex in the end. I had the option to punt him, but thought better of it. He got his in the end. 👍

@@GleNRG I see...I am getting into sim racing...what changed it all for me from being a casual racer to wanting to get a wheel and rig is playing with assists off....recently I also took ABS off and oh my the cars drive how they should...all so different it has opened my eyes to a new world almost....I advise anyone racing to switch off assists including ABS and let the magic happen 😀
