I don't see what the issue is with the ladies leg. Yeah it is ugly, but it wasn't the tattoo artist doing a bad job. That was just a bad design. It seems like more of a poor decision. On a Skateboard that is a great design, asking for it on your leg is regrettable.

+maccapigeon What a ridiculous statement. What about the tattoos which cover scars or commemorate a lost loved one? Or what about the ones that have other significance or are just a design someone loved enough to be put permanently on their skin?

robin mcgregor Personally, I think your attitude is ugly. I have never met a single older person who regrets their tattoos; they are a reminder of the past, a story on skin. You shouldn't assume; I have no tattoos as of yet, but I am planning on having them to cover the disfiguring scars I will be left with if I am eligible for hip replacement surgery. You need to learn to open your mind and accept and respect the personal decisions of others.

I think my favorite tattoo cover up wasn't for the actually result, but for the story. A woman wanted a cover up of a flower she had on her leg. It was a really shitty columbine flower, and she wanted a better one. She was a student at Columbine High School. It really hit a note about just how much can go into a tattoo.
