216 had failed at Lanyon Place whilst she was due to work the 16:05 Ex Belfast service due to her having a broken air suspension which had occurred earlier on in the day
After being stabled in Lanyon Place’s platform 3 for a couple of hours Irish Rail Loco 231 came to the rescue to haul Ex Belmond Loco 216 back to York Road for repairs

I saw this video last night and commented to myself that I never noticed that engine bay door before. Then this morning I saw 216 in Drogheda on the Enterprise. Sure enough, that door was open!

no one noticed train departing on a red, because its starting ahead of a signal ! also 201 are failing lots nowadays

To clear the air on the red signal. I can assure you that the train would be cleared by the signaler with written permission and clear instructions. As for the reliability of the 201's. They are near to 30 years old and perhaps a full overhaul of them via Progress Rail with new EMD 710 units or the Caterpillar C-175 units would be ideal and would meet Tier 4 emissions.

This is quite rare to see a double-headed Enterprise. Class 91's can work double-headed when controlled from the DVT...

What happened to the passengers? I ask this as the coach is still attached.

Passengers were allocated to a 6 car 3000 Class shortly after the set was declared a failure
