I often see people comparing different training methods or exercise forms, saying one is better than the other. Each method or system is good, the difference lies in a person’s fitness level, physical capabilities, medical conditions and fitness goals.

If everyone starts replacing their steady state cardio with HIIT we are only going to see more musculoskeletal injuries, more cardiovascular and nervous system disorders and over training.

There is something called moderation and balance in what we do, excess of anything comes with detrimental effects.

For a healthy body do everything keeping in mind the end goal. Why are you exercising? To get fitter or ……to get more likes like a viral video.
