Thanks for the detailed explanation. I’m 6 months postpartum and after seeing your video. I realized that it’s not too late to start the excercises.

Hi Sarah, how do I start loading the core to get back to advanced training? I had umbilical and epigastric hernia repair, as well as diastasis recti up the midline surgery 5 days ago with subcutaneous onlay laparoscopically. The pain at this point is still very intense, like hot knives in my belly button. I have a drain in for a week and a binder to support me. I have a background of calisthenics, running, yoga and gymnastics and really want to get back to this. I'd lost a lost of strength and muscle weight prior to the surgery, after a gnarly post op infection from my wisdom tooth extraction surgery, so feel like i've got a long road ahead. Want to get strong again but not overdo it and bust something. Any suggestions on what to do when would be welcome. I'm trying to seek out some local physiotherapist support for my rehab. There is such varied advice out there, and I had very minimal guidance from the surgeon. Basically just, you should be fine to do most stuff after a few weeks. Not great advice for me as I'd be back to busting out gymnastics rings pull ups lol Cheers

I think finding someone to help you walk through your rehab in person would be a great next step. Follow this link to find someone who has taken my PCES course in your area. www.coreexercisesolutions.com/pces-directory/

I’m so upset that nobody including doctors ever told me about this. I had to learn about it on TikTok and now I’m here trying to see if I even have a chance after two kids .. one who is 8 and one who is almost 12. 😒😮💨🥺

I am 3 years out. And I still have a small bulge in middle of stomach. So I need to do something. Don't know why I thought it would go away on its own☹️

I am not sure exactly what you are asking but the All-Access Membership does come with MomFit which has an entire section on real nutrition including 4 weeks of meal ideas, 15-minute recipes, kid-friendly recipes, vegetarian recipes and much more. Hopefully, that answers your question!

I was pretty skinny and did not realize initial years, then started running half marathon and did not know I had DR, but now suffering with plantar fascities and cannot run, and for past few months doing advance yoga, and looks like DR got more open and now after I eat. I see a huge bulge, and normally also, very thin all over, but stomach pops out.. now it is 15 years, so will it help

I have my son almost four years ago and i've always been told that once you get that after you have a baby pooch , you're stuck with it , there's nothing you can do except it.
