Dear, Sap Hcm number of opportunities are lesser than that of a recruitment job, by doing the course, you will not land job automatically, do it only if you are interested to pursue that career, if you are doing it just because you think it will give you job, thats a wrong assumption..

Dear, if you are already a HR Professional, then why you wish to pursue SAP HR, if you want to do it to enhance your HR career growth, then its not a good idea.. there are many ERPs that has captured a good share of HRMS market and SAP-HR is no more a hype.. so decide accordingly..

You should do SAP successfactors EC module Modules of SAP successfactors are cloud based and are in demand Sap's own module HCM which is getting obsolete

None of that will give you growth, SAP HCM is no where related to being a core HR professional ... and PHR/SPHR are for people who already have incredible skills and need that label to highlight their profiles .. for real growth accept challenging HR job profiles, get exposure to all possible areas of HR(operations, payroll, compliance, policies, governance, M&A etc); bottom-line is, do not settle in comfortable jobs.

Dear, SAP HCM will not give you salary hike automatically, plus the opportunities for SAP HR roles is very limited in comparison to normal HR job, and with AI tools coming ahead, I am not sure how SAP HR future will be.. so in my opinion you should choose a profile basis your interest and then grow in that. your CTC is not much, so you will get the next level jobs very easily with decent hike.

Thats right.. but the choice should be based on what your interest is, SCM, HR and MM are drastically different from each other.. its like asking, where should I go for vacation, Goa, Kerala, Manali... :) LOL...

Dear, SAP(HR) is not to get a pure HR job right away.. it will give you a job of "SAP-HR" not the core HR. But if you meant that only then the module is -HCM or SuccessFactor its called.

Dear, SAP is an ERP made by SAP company, like Oracle company also has its own ERP.... SAP had occupied market so well, that people took "SAP" as a synonym of ERP, just like people think "colgate" is a synonym for "toothpaste" .. but actually Colgate is a toothpaste by a company called Colgate... Dear Anu, do SAP HCM only if you want to be a SAP HR consultant, its not a pure HR role, and will not help in anyway in generic HR career. And as far as the course is concerned, you can do it from any platform(Udemy, coursera etc), it doesn't matter, your knowledge will be tested in the interview not from where you did it.

No doubt SAP HR has less opportunities but in SAP MM and SAP FICO if there are many opportunities then there are lakhs of people too trying to pursue these modules. Its like for 1 Job opening there are minimum 50 applicants not the same with SAP HR😊

Its same dear, there can be only few HR in a company, 1 HR for over 500 employees, so you can imagine the opportunity limitation.
