She doesn’t confirm if he was afab or amab just that he goes by he/him and is nonbinary. It's especially disappointing when colleagues do it, because I'm trying to de-emphasise my age, titles etc to get their honest thoughts and opinions - I need exactly those to do my job properly. Oh, and with attractive ladies ofcourse, except when they actually like that sort of thing. But colleagues won't be getting that sort of chances to begin with so 🤷‍♂️ Not that any of this is relevant to anyone really. Which is exactly how I feel about hearing a new colleague explain how they feel about their reproductive organs, emotional state and preferred bed partners. I only care about what's in their skulls and them not screwing up the decent atmosphere we built with our very diverse (original meaning) team.
