Just bought the chair. I had a very similar chair before, an old version of it from IKEA that seems to has a different fabric on the surface but it actually was way more comfortable. this chair feels like I have smaller place to sit on, and also the tension tight and the tilt options don't do anything at all. the model name here is named RENBERGET.

Biggest problem I had was that the directions in the package tell you to leave the armrest screws loose until the back is attached, but don't tell you when you can tighten them. I like that the video tells you to go ahead and tighten once assembly is complete.

i have the same chair but the problem is that the back of the chair now roll backward even when i stick it to be straight, i can't sit straight anymore, can i fix this ?

just bought one of it, I decide not to use the stand, I install in on the stand of my old chair, look and feels better, and I didn't know that the back was empty, thought it was stuffed with foam, need to stuff it with some pillow for comfortable, I give it 3 out of 5 stars

How do you adjust the tension with the large round screw underneath? I'm turning it but it doesn't do anything.

The tools you need to assemble the chair, eg - the screw driver, did you buy them separately, or are they included in the furniture?

1:08 See those plastic things in the ends of the arms that you pushed the castors into? They are designed to break. I need a part number for those and replacement wheels that don't have the safety break.

I have a problem with the chair tilt mechanism the black small part that connects it to the "rod/stand" has fallen pls help

Overall good chair, but it's weak point is the plastic holders that hold the wheels, they get hollowed out in time and make the wheels crooked.

I assembled the chair myself, but when it came to placing the armrests, I placed them the wrong way. As I was fixing this by unscrewing them, I was unable to unscrew one of the screws because of how tight I had put it. The screw is messed up because of the surface area shape and it’s stuck, I do not know what to do.

I came here to know if you would explain how to make the back rest soft or hard by adjusting the big knob under the chair, but that's not explained

Hi, what is the purpose of the zip in the backrest? Can we put cushion in it? Or bean bags EPS beads? Kinda confused at the purpose of the zip, besides the unboxing experience.. lol

Only if I had known that metal thingy was a wrench to tighten the screws I would've assembled the chair in just 15 minutes without damaging my thumb skin

what's not so genious about that empty spot in the back of the chair is that empty spot thats just very week and makers your back cold

these stupid arms broke... and they stopped selling this model in my country... it's the only chair where you can lay back and the back AND bottom tilt... all the other ones you just tilt the back but the bottom stays flat, i didn't want to fall off the chair like a slinky!
