Actually she's incorrect regarding her own title. She is Barroness Brady but the correct form of adress is Lady Brady or my Lady, you never address someone as Barroness.

Karren is clearly mugging up the titular emphasis for the sake of the cameras and because it makes good telly so fair play, it was hilarious. Unfortunately, Baron sounds too much like Karren and Lady Brady is impossible to say with a straight face. Her Karren-ness is probably how her friends refer to her (behind her back.) As for Alan Sugar. Sir Alan one minute, Lord Sugar the next. The peerage system in the UK is a hoot. Get back in your village hovels, serfs! And don't forget to doff your cap gentlemen (ladies, curtsey) and look to the ground as they pass by, for you are not fit to share the same space.
