Because the prize changed from an Apprenticeship to a Business Investment. The challenges, which are still broadly the same as when it was an apprenticeship, test their ability to pass the tests, not the validity of their business plans. So strong task candidates with shit business plans end up getting through to the final

Hilarious 😂 ! I just love the way they oooze self confidence. Then facing the Lord Sugar firing squad, they crumble. Also that Miss Piggy character with the thick lips creases me up every time without saying anything 🤣🤣
