I tried the yoga thing (I’m not usually one for yoga and meditation and such) but honestly, I felt so calm and relaxed afterwards. Been struggling with being really angry today and it really helped me to calm down and focus on myself.

My cramps get so bad. I take aleve feminax (that os really hellfull and made for those pains) usually ur allowed 1 unless its very bad..then u can take a second one a little later. I had 2 and another painkiller. Only that helps. I hope my body can handle it😅
