Congratulations on passing I am currently completing my lpn to rn transition and it is harder the second time around since I'm getting older but I'm giving it all I got and with GOD I will succeed and become a RN and elevate to the next level in my nursing career

I usually don't comment but this video really speaks to me. What you're experiencing is what I'm going through now. I'm so down and exhausted. Juggling school, and work, and trying to feel like I'm a person has been making me depressed. I'm so ready to be finished. People ask what I want to do for work when I'm finished school and I don't even want to think about looking for work because I've been working a full-time job this whole time. Anyway, I just want to say thank you Nurse B. I've watching your videos for years. You've helped me complete the LPN program and now you're helping me again. I hope you know you're an inspiration.

Girl this is how I was at the end of my lpn program in august. I literally had nothing left to give. And people were expecting me to be excited about finishing and pinning ceremony. Because the pinning ceremony was scheduled the day before an exam (we still had like another week left) it became just another thing to check off the list of things to do for me at that point. I wasn’t going to be excited until I was officially done. They threw so much at us and it felt like they were trying to fail us at that point. It was so annoying.

When she said she got a 78 and a 76 is what was needed to pass the class, I immediately said “A win is a win bish” 😂😂😂 But of course I know how it is when you expect so much better for yourself. Congratulations for passing!!! It’s not easy at all but all of your hard work paid off. It’s time to celebrate!!! 🎉🎉🎉

Anything less than an 80 is failing for us with exams. When I was in LPN school I cried when I scored a 79 on one of my exams. Especially when you worked hard for that exam.

Omg 10:00 ! Everything you said! I’m drained by every single aspect of my life rn. My house is a mess (no time to clean), I’m almost out of savings, the assignments are getting done at last minute, I’m barely studying. I’ve gained 10lb and my health can’t afford it. This needs to be over fast before I quit (I’m done in June)!

Damn, i will be starting the RN program in January and I am so scared. I am so ready to be done with school and just find myself ugh. When I think about the two years full time school, working full time and being a mom; anxiety 😥. Taking pharm right now and it is no joke ugh.

Hey , sis long time, I been sick with the flu 😷 plus my sinus, but I'm almost done with my AS degree and retook two maths . Omg I'm so tired of this, I was supposed to be finished in Dec 2023 now it looks like February 2024 . So the same two math classes , I have to take this is so BOGO this professor 🤷🏾‍♀️

How you felt in this video is exactly how I’m feeling now I’m doing LPN to Rn. I’m exhausted . We have papers, test , skill test outs , assimilations, clinical( clinical assignments) we’re about to start preceptorship (8 ) 12 hour overnight shift and we have work for that too. We will be done in Dec I am tired. I feel like shit . I have my final in 2 weeks.

Hi! Watching this video makes me question going back to get my RN. I have been an LPN fir 3 years now, and it's hard to decide to go back. I have 3 classes left befor I can apply. I need algebra, public speaking and microbiology. Unfortunately, I have to take the teas again. Do you have any advice?

What's making you question it? What comes to mind that causes you to hesitate going forward with something that you've taken the time and effort to accomplish, you're 3 classes away from applying...what's the hold up?

No but know it will be very, very exhausting. I finished at 48. That last 4 weeks i had a continuous chest cold and had maybe 2 days where i didnt do school work or clinicals. I skipped my pinning. Between having to drive for 70 minutes and just my utter death feeling i just had to let it go.

I’m not smart enough to be a nurse. I failed my first anatomy and physiology course. I don’t think I’m made to be a nurse. Plus I have to continue to work full time. I am tired of the teaching field and I want out. It’s hard for me to find programs that’s going to allow me to work full time still. I give up on becoming a nurse ever since my grandma passed away I feel like a failure in life I’m working a job I don’t like. I have been having a hard time finding a job that’s going to allow me to go back to school. I can’t afford to work less

Don't give up!! Have you tried online at the community college because that's what I'm doing while working full-time. A&P can be hard but it also depends on the professor.
