10 ай бұрынFantastic twilight shot of a pair of TF104 Starfighters at Grosseto. taxying out to runway 03, they catch the last rays of the golden hour at the threshold. A pairs take off is followed by an overshoot in reheat, and a howl into the circuit, then single landings in the last of the light.

Lovely to see. I thought the Norwegian one was the last still flying. Not exactly stealthy are they, with all of the smoke. 😄

Thanks. This is 2003, and the Norwegian is the only European one to have flown since the Italians retired.
