Service Level Management is probably one of the most important practices ever. It acts as the glue between the Service Provider and its customers, at least if done well.
It considers Service Level Agreements (SLA), Operational Level Agreements (OLA) and Underpinning Contracts (UC) and has the goal to define service performance levels, which will satisfy current and future business / customer / stakeholder needs.

Which practice includes the use of approaches such as Lean, Agile and DevOps with the aim of facilitating a greater amount of change at a quicker rate? A. Service desk B. Monitoring and event management C. Service level management D. Continual improvement Answer: C As answer is mentioned C but I think it should be D. Thanks for explaination in advance!

Out of these options, D would be the most correct one, since Lean, Agile and DevOps all have a strong focus on reletles improvement, or Continual Improvement, as ITIL caslls it. However, out of all the practices, it would be Software Development & Management.
