Huh... Anyone else find it odd that zurr's demeanor is getting more and more like prime/normal/real/conscious Bruce? Almost like his body may be eternal but the fact his literal consciousness(rather than a fully digital copy) is still human, still subject to stress and exhaustion. I say/ask this because of the way he speaks throughout this. (Not Benny's portrayal, I mean the diction/word choice and the intended inflection) It sounds like he's being spiritually or emotionally exhausted by everything that's happened and continues to happen. Like with every single thing that goes wrong he's just getting more brooding and more overtly angry, almost like you can take the Zur-en-arrh out of the Batman but you can't take the Batman out of Zur-en-arrh. He may be an unhinged extremist version of *_Batman_* of all people, but he or rather his consciousness in this case, is still human. Maybe I'm way off, or maybe it's wishful thinking on my part, because that would be *_really_* clever writing IMO. Specifically given/compared to the recent track record from the big two.

I appreciate the respect being put on Tim Drake but of all the leaps in logic that happened for me, Vandal Savage going from Inmate to Police Commissioner broke me. And this is post Batman reentering the earth's atmosphere.

Honesty Batman comics are so over the top now. I miss the grounded and human stories. Honestly they should have another crisis event and fix all this...

Glad that Tim is back, even if I’m not a super fan of this Zur em arrh storyline

The good things about this comic are Vandal Savage becoming the new commissioner after Renee Montoya (in which Savage would stay in Gotham to make sure that he can maintain his immortality, continuing his plans after Gotham War because he was bored after his death in Scott Snyder’s Justice League and resurrection in Death Metal, while Renee continues as the second Question in Ram V’s Detective Comics run), Damian fining out that Zur pretended to be his father, showing a flashback (set in 1964) of Barry (in his original suit, which I like) telling Bruce (wearing his black and blue suit with the yellow oval) that he doesn’t have to be alone and another flashback (set in 1989) of Bruce telling Tim Drake that he doesn’t have to be like Dick Grayson and that he came to Bruce for help, and Tim telling Bruce thar he has family and that they’ll always be together no matter what. The one thing I can criticize is Waller being in this comic because of her plans in Absolute Power. At least Zur told her to leave him alone or else she’s going to be trapped in his prison. Also, Bruce getting a new suit in the final page of the main storyline, which is okay, and Zur creating his own Robin. Overall, this is an interesting and good comic.

This story arc makes no sense. Zur En Arrh is a much more brutal and cold Batman, but he is still Bruce Wayne. Him "replacing" Damian isn't something Bruce would do. Nothing he does in this story arc makes sense. If they want to do another evil Batman at least write him to be like an evil Bruce Wayne.

Figures that the only hero who can beat Batman with max prep time is Batman.

I heard a rumor that Batman is getting a soft relaunch after the new story. it will see batman back in the cave, alfred is back, but no robin. Or Batfamily, it might be another prequel like the Knight , or a timeless story.

And then for some reason somehow that they wrote Robo Batman Can't piece together we're current Batman would be going. Even though before he got caught they made it a point to say that even if Bruce thinks things not like himself robo bats can still do the same and come to the same conclusions. So I hope that Tim Drake is a clone cuz then it makes sense but if not that is a plot hole
