Ran my first marathon last week! Cody Trains videos helped me stay motivated during training and during the race. To honor the channel I yelled “CHOOO CHOOO” across the finish line. We ascend together 🫡

Cody, I was never a runner. Yesterday I ran the NYC marathon. I found a lifelong hobby in running, in large part because of this channel. When you started this, you said to "show up for yourself" - I've been doing that every day since. Cho choo!!

I ran 4 miles today which is the farthest i’ve ever run :) working towards running a 10k next year and i’m feeling great. Thank you for all your inspiration, to me & everyone else that tunes in. & congrats on the NY marathon!!🙏🎉 choo choooo

Yesterday I ran for 3mins on the treadmill, which I know is not much but two years ago I was bedridden for about 6 months with a stupidly angry chest infection and had to start from scratch. I was very nervous to even try running and I put it off for almost a year, but after watching your videos I started taking it step by step and I'm so happy! Hope the race went well :)
