Rush assassination is one of the best perks in the game for most builds Pretty much any warrior can jump right into combat dealing tons of damage then cleaning up a bit an assassin can take out a fair sized group without having to get into combat it’s great

Pride of the lion with a +25% Assassin damage, -15% Melee resistance engraving is really nice. The extra chain makes clearing camps and guards around leaders really easy.

I really love the Arachne's Stingers they give you direct poisons damage which is increased with your poisons skills and the Eyes of Kosmos set. I got it level 40 and i could easily kill 5-10 higher level guards and mercenaries without upgrading it.

I have several builds - and my assassin build is all poison, using the stingers, and oddly, a purple staff I found that has great combo multipliers and extra poison ticks. It's the DOT set from hell. I just dodge roll and slash or whip out the staff and go ham on crowds, with the combo multiplier and DOTS, you eradicate crowds quickly. I also use the Legendary bow with the poison (can't recall the name). It's ridiculous, lol. Every bit as silly (fun) as the Warrior/Fire build with Agamemnon set + Prometheus Sika, Legendary fire bow, etc.

@@DJMarcO138 The fire build is SICK, probably one of my favorite equipment in the game. I also play as an assassin with the pirate set and i one shot soldiers and mercenaries level 99+ with my hidden blade.

I love the way that every thing in this game levels up along with your character, it makes Alexios or Kassandra less op and you can still enjoy the game. If not, all the troops appearing first in the game ends up so weak that 1 hit can kill them when you finish the main story.

@@fuckthisshit1481 thats why there shouldve been an option for level scaling ,so all the items you get doesnt get obsolete after acquiring it for 2 levels of gameplay ,i get it that in lv99 ur pretty much unstopable ,but what about when ur in the fifties or sixties ? The enemies will always catch up to ur level which makes the items u get kinda weak .Take a look at witcher 3 for example ,the level of scaling of it was done so much better and well thought out

@@mihah9415 You do know that you can upgrade all equipment to your own level at the blacksmith, right? Nkolaos's Sword isn't bad because you get it really early in the game, it's bad because it has those two useless attributes. You can have it at level 99, if you really want to. Early on, when you're still working with epics, it's useless to upgrade anything, because something better comes along almost every level, but when you've settled on a legendary weapon or piece of armor set, you just keep it and start upgrading it every 5 levels or so. After a while, it gets really expensive for 8 items, especially with how much the ship upgrades cost, but that's what you have to do when you're aiming for the best possible build.

I don't know about others, but I love using the Xiphos of Dionysos because of the hero strike ability. I absolutely love that ability. It seems to deal a great amount of damage. It's cool running up on an unexpecting merc and sweeping his legs then slicing the crap out of him.

The remember getting the Archanes Stinger dagger from some mercenary, it was one hell of a weapon, that weapon was so fast & op, the rest of the game was cake walk for me, it killed mercenaries & elite bosses with just 4-5 strikes!

I loved your legendary staff video but I’ve always been more of a sword guy. I tried out the staffs but I always go back to a sword so I’m super happy you made this video. Great work dude keep it up! :) I have a video suggestion, maybe make a fashion video with different armor combinations that you think look especially good, that’s just a suggestion though obviously, again keep up the great work!

This blade makes my nightmare run so funny with 350k dmg per crit on 47lvl. If you combine it with perk +10%hp on successfull parry you can be unstopabble.

Yay 😀 was wondering where you’ve been buddy! Thanks for another great video! I do like Swords alot. My favorite melee weapons now are: 1-Staff, 2-Sword, and 3-Daggers. I ALWAYS use the +30% Armor Penetration and it makes them hit hard. Favorite Sword is probably Xiphos of Peleus for the adrenaline and dmg for the Rush Assassination

You’ll quickly find that the most OP part of this game is the dodge then attack. Especially if you dodge perfectly and slow time. Most AI can’t tel what you’re doing if you literally dodge-attack-dodge-attack. Best if done in a literal circle around your target

I switch around these depending on my mood🤓 Although I like to combine the +20% dmg Hero Strike with +20% dmg Rush Assassinate on either of these xiphoses. But An honorable mentionable epic sword is the Nameless Sword, which is nearly identical to the Xiphos of Peleus, except it may actually be a little better 😜

Ahh yeah. Optimize wise the epic swords are pretty great but if you can make legendary ones work you can stack some good legendary perks.

I know I'm late, but to anyone level 10 or so up, you can get the eros now really easily, it will just take some time. You should be at Megaris at the moment, which is good. Head south west, into Messenia. The enemies will be much much higher level, so don't even try to fight, just get on a horse and run past. It will be about 5000 meters or less to your goal, which is the undiscovered location in the north west of the region, the Andania mine. When you arrive, you will see a bunch of enemies, don't worry. Use icaros to scout out all enemies, then climb up the mountain near the cave entrance. From here, wait until you can see no enemies watching the entrance to the mine, jump down and run inside. Once inside there are no enemies, so just explore while avoiding exits to the mine. Eventually you will find the legendary chest, which has no enemies guarding it. And tada you have the Eros bow. It is level 35, so you can't use it yet, but you'll find the legendary perk quite helpful as you progress, 50% chance not to use special arrows.

I know this is a part of a did, but i think the sword of kings is one of the best warrior swords in the game with the +50% charging speed with charged heavy attack ability makes it so that you can keep on using the charged heavy attack over and over again. I personally don't use it because I'm a hunter/assassin, but I think it would be a good sword for warriors. It's legendary perk is also an awesome engraving. Sorry if I'm saying too much, I just really like this game 😅

I'm Basically Deimos for my Warrior Build with Hade's bow and Sword of Kings For Assassin I use Master Assassin Armor, Falux Of Olympus, Scaled Bow, and Archane's Stingers For Hunter I use Athenian war hero set with Eros bow, snake staff, and Harpe Of Perseus

I used Nikolaos sword and helmet through the entire game. But until now I started using the Blade of Zeus and Wrath of Olympus. It only cost 8 dollars and look soooo cool. Paired with the demi-god armor you look like you just ascend from Olympus.

I’m primarily use an assassin build with poison 19% assassins damage 32 % poison damage 50% elemental buildup with Assassin abilities I added 50% damage when attacking from behind. I use it as my secondary becuz it builds my Stinger daggers (my primary weapon) I find the damage is pretty potent.

I engraved "Weapon damage becomes Fire damage" on Poseidon's Trident and have been using it since I hit level 41. The other weapon I use is a Legendary Dagger from a Mercenary which causes Poison damage.

The sword of kings is a good sword for it’s quicker charged shots and cursed gorgoneion cursed Gorgoneion gives 17% Assassin Damage 24% Poison Damage And Legendary Perk Intoxicate applies to nearby enemies

My play style is assassin build plus a warrior build I forget the name of the sword but it’s legendary perk given is poison damage which you get in the base version of the game adding the rush assassinate to 1 additional person it makes for quick “get in, get out” areas with it being a sword it has high attack and high attack speed as well the second weapon is the minitaur labrys, not sure if I spelled that right, which you get from defeating the minitaur in pephka It’s special ability is -1 segment for over power attacks which does exactly what it says adding the weapon damage becomes fire damage perk received from defeating the mercenary who has The everlasting Flame mace makes it very powerful for those quick fire damage death counts these 2 weapons combined means rush assassinate can be used a lot more chaining to 5-10-15-20 enemies at a time equipping the pirate outfit, which you receive from defeating the cultist of the Aegean Sea, gifts an additional 50% damage with assassin abilities and each piece of armor has an additional 12% assassin damage meaning more deaths from each assassination each piece of armor can the be equipped with perks as well such as 30% armor or plus 20% health then you have the hades bow that has the legendary perk basic arrows become fire arrows adding the the steropes ability gives an additional 20% health and armor meaning more headshots in less time while maintaining full health and less damage you receive from enemies when they come up from behind all of these abilities and perks combined makes you a master of death Higher assassin damage plus warrior damage fire damage poison damage adding the 30% critical damage perk to either weapon gives the benefit of doing an additional 12000 points of poison or fire damage per hit

deimos’s sword is insane if you’re good at compat and its also boosts the best attack i forgot what its called but sadly today legit today i went to the spear place placed myself in the middle exited the game since i finished it 2 days ago btw i only finished then cause i did all the bounties all the side quests and my stupid as brain didnt notice until 2 months ago so i came to the end and now i need Valhalla i had a good time with this game and im 100% going to return to it

I use Deimos' sword But Nikolaos's sword is good too. I pair it with restore health perks per hit on my armor (when it’s allowed).

What matters the most is the engraving that you put on a sword because I'm at level 52 and I still use Nikolaos's sword with the engraving: basic attack become fire attack and I absolutely shred with that thing

I like using the Sword of Damokles. Not the best sword, but it's pretty unique though. Not original ? I don't mind. I would ask you something. Do you think I could use your Spartan Build with a sword and still be that efficient ? Also looking for an alternative to fire, that I don't like to play with on my warrior builds. Great video !

boost up fire damage ,burning rate etc. with warrior damage and use fire ability then fire of chaos, you can kill enemies just activating fire of chaos there is a downside though you can kill civilian if around then most of them looking for weapon to attack you.

The strongest sword is the sword of kings from the dlc legacy of the first blade can’t find one who gives more damage the engravings are 25% warrior damage 10% all damage and 50% melee charging speed additionally I added 30% damage with sword ( I used the 200 helix on the bighorn bow so it’s greatly boosted ) as secondary I use a epic sword executioners blade who gives 24% warrior damage 10% all damage 30% damage whit swords additionally I added 20% warrior damage This gives a perfect amount of damage most enemy’s just dies with 2-3 hits elite and bosses dies in one overpower skill

I always upgrade the Sword of Prometheus :) I love it!! As the video says it's perfect with fire damage. Advice: upgrade also the Agamemnon Set Armor casue it increase the fire frequency

A good sword is the blade of yumminess it does 250+ all damage but you can't use abilities with it in your weapon wheel so u gotta be careful (you can buy it in blacksmith but its hard to find)

I bought the ultimate edition for 20 bucks when it was on sale. I originally bought the blade of the ephemeral but when I made my Atlantis mace ( the red one which gives you the ability to do the same amount of damage to anyone in a medium-range ) I just bought the blade of yumminess. I have the quick charge up heavy hit thing so I just spam. I one hit everybody and if I don't I just do that and dodge towards them and keep spamming.

Have 2 sets for different scenarios in game, warrior and assassin because I only ever used hunter for the boss animals. For warrior I use Greek heroes set with increased crit chance and damage engravings. Also have put ability points in to the 5% of damage restored as health. Means great damage output but also fantastic resistance to damage so i can run in without a care in the world and I'm healing myself as I go. Almost unkillable with the set. Assassin set is the pirate set engraved with 100% more damage but health capped at 25% as well as crit damage and chance engravings. No resistance to damage whatsoever but critical assassinations are doing close to a million damage and kill mercenaries 10 levels higher in on or two strikes. Have to be careful after assassinating somebody to switch set before they hit because two hits and I'm dead with assassin set on. But once I have switched it's over for everybody.
