I'll be 47 in a couple weeks. I'm trying MINI IVF, first time. I tried home insemination for 6 months with no luck. I was pregnant naturally at 44.5 but had to abort. I finished letrozole, I'm on gonal f 200iu, low dose naltrexone , prednisone 2day, I finished z pak, taking a prenatal. On cycle day 4 I had ultrasound/blwk which showed 3 follicles L side and 5 R side. Cycle day 10 I have 7 follicles L side 7 R side, but no large follicles. I was told the day before to start cetrotide but after ultrasound told to continue gonal and stop cetrotide. Today is cycle day 12 and going to have ultrasound to see if follicles grew. What could be wrong? Can't afford donor eggs. Endometrium is 7. something.

I did my first IVF, but it wasnot succesful doctor. We believed IVF will be 100% successful but latter gained some knowledge from your videos. Briefly about my treatments, Three yearsago i was able to conveive naturally but my feotus heart beat stopped in the 3rd month. After which we tried to conceive but couldnt, which we later found out my husband sperm count reduced drastically due to varicocele. A year back he did surgery for varicocele. After that doctors recommended that i can become preganant only by IVF and not by IUI too. Looking forward to your advice.

I am 40 years old and I have 3 healthy children and now me and my new fiancée we have been trying for 3 months but not a chance, I don’t understand I never had a problem getting pregnant. I don’t want to wait to long to get pregnant so do you think IVF is the best for us?

I had a failed cycle ivf. Menopur 150 and gonal-f 225. I'm 44 and have 20 follicles, but only one grew. My doctor wants to try a different protocol. If that doesn't work he wants donor eggs. I'm taking coq10, dhea, folic acid, zinc, metformin, prenatal, melintonin, fruit supplement, b12. What else can I do to to help

What about with FET in a very healthy 50 year old using donor? What are the rates of success in live birth?

Dr. Marc Sklar - The Fertility Expert thanks love!! I feel it will be successful! I’ll keep you posted. I’m 50 years old- healthy- have five grown children- youngest is 21. Just had my tubes tied that’s why I’m doing IVF- I remarried- and want more kids. I certainly don’t look my age and my doctor says it’s very possible for this to happen- we choose to donor Eggs 🍳 I had a hysteroscopy to remove a few polyps. So we are doing FET- IVF-ICSI donor egg. We are excited.

Kindly please talk about HSG test, in order to check fallopian tube blockage. Is it a required test? It includes dye, and fallopian tube flush... Is it absolutely must, is there a symptom that tells us fallopian tube is blocked? How can we avoid HSG test? Thanks.

As a 42 year old with no fertility issues and a good egg reserve according to my Canadian clinic, do you think I should keep with IUI or move to IVF? I have been trying since I was 41. I have a sperm donor and have had 4 IUI; 3 natural and one where I had injections for super ovulation. I have had 2 miscarriages with the IUI and 2 that just didn't take. I am healthy and my only issue is a TSH level of 2.3. Thank you for all of your videos, they have given me hope as well as a lot of great information.

Candice, I would keep trying with IUI for 2-3 more cycles before turning to IVF.

@@tashak.4186 Turns out I have an autoimmune issue and I got pregnant 4 times. and miscarried all. I am saving up to try and see if IVF is possible or if I am am out of luck...

I knew ivf wasnt 100% but def a bit bummed by the low rates. I had injections before with success but my twins are 8 yrs old. I divorced and looking at ivf in the next 5 yrs due to the cost. I am currently 35 with pcos. I have hearsmd some pcos women get mirae babies as they get closer to 40. I keep crossing my fingers and hoping that happens to me. I take metformin but am overweight and no attempts at losing weight have gotten me down more than 20 lbs. I am scared no clinics will work with me because of my obesity even though I has success before.

Simple! If everything goes well this should do the job. But listen, there's one factor that's usually overlooked that can considerably speed up the process, unfortunately I do not have it at hand, but it can be go’ogled Dobbie Nerkstrol's Infertility Cure, I think.

No, I don’t think ivf is 100% successful. However, I really wanna know the success rate for frozen donor egg ivf - over 40. I am hoping that it’ll work for me🥰

Hi, what r the chances for a 41 year old who is on her second round of ivf due to abnormal embryos to be successful??? I continue to take my vitamins especially CO10Q, no coffee for the past month????

Take ubiquinol form of Coq10. 400 to 600ml. Vitamin D 2000 or 4000

@@user-tg2hz4uw8m it takes about 3 to 6 months before the supplements begin working. Ubiquinol is a big deal and vitamin D. Make sure is a good brand. Stay away from plastic...no plastic cup n utensils etc. I prefer glass only cups and bottles. Mediterranean diet. Workout to bring blood to your uterus. Cut sugars and any inflammatory causing foods. I'm actually on my IVF protocol as we speak. Egg retrieval is next week. Good luck sweetie. Read book "it starts with the egg" Rebecca Fitt

I'm 39 met my spouse late so never thought of having a baby until recently. I got pregnant on my first try, however, it was ectopic. I discovered it early so was able to save the tube. I am wondering if I should try IVF. I have 3 very small fibroids.

I don't think this is a reason to move to IVF just yet. I would keep trying naturally for 2-4 more cycles.

We have 3 daughters that we made ourselves naturally. We want a boy very much. So we tried ivf. My wife had 2 pgs tested normal boy embyro FET since December 2019. Both ended miscarriages at week 5. To everyone watching this video, i want to say pgs does not give you 100% live birth. My doctor prescribed aspirin (blood thin) and prenislone (suppress my wife immune to kill embyro) on 2nd FET. That did not work. For next round my doctor going to use Crixane injection (another blood thinner).He said my wife blood is too thick to carry feeding nutrient to embyro. Pls advice us. I need to have some confident the medication actually works. Right now we feel our doctor is experimenting us. We had 3 daughters made naturally. Why so hard to do ivf? Pls advice.

I knew it wasn’t because Ihad done the research but when I told my Mom I was going to do ivf as a single woman (40) she was shocked when I said it has no guarantee. Her exact remark/question was ..so 9 months later you‘ll have a baby, when I said well hopefully yes, she asked and why would it not work!!
