金瓜小松糕
Pumpkin Puteri Ayu Cake (Kuih Seri Ayu) Easy Recipe
Serve :10pcs
材料 ：
2粒 雞蛋
50克 糖
100克 金瓜（切片，蒸熟，压成泥）
30毫升 食油
80克 中筋面粉
1/2茶匙 泡打粉
1/4茶匙 苏打粉
做法：
1. 预热蒸锅,，把蒸锅里的水煮沸。
2. 蛋加入砂糖，打发
3. 加入南瓜泥和油拌均。
4. 最后加入过筛的自发粉，泡打粉，苏打粉搅拌均匀
5. 即可倒入模型，然后大火蒸15分钟
6. 取出小松糕，待冷后便可脱模食用
