As I mentioned in the Diona section, I had a different idea for the weapon. I put a lot of effort to get the numbers right, and despite the fact that I changed the passive, I didn't want my work to be completely wasted, so you'll find my findings here lol The passive said the following: "When the user's Elemental Skill hits opponents, increase their Burst Base DMG by 3~6% of their Max HP and the party's Shield Strength by 3~6%. Max 5 stacks, one can be gained every 0.1s. The Shield Strength bonus lasts for 12s. The Burst DMG Bonus lasts for 15s or after 14 hits. All in all, the issues that came about were that even at one stack, Yelan essentially could double her Burst DMG, so I had to make sure that this weapon couldn't outperform Aqua Simulacra. Originally, the passive said that the Burst DMG Bonus would last for 5s. I did this because Diona's Burst can snapshot, while Yelan's couldn't. But it turned out that snapshotting a bonus only applied to things in the stat screen, like HP% or Elemental DMG%. That's when I applied the hit limit. Yelan averages around 12 hits with her dice, with 3 hits each, in addition to a single initial hit upon casting her burst. A total of roughly 37 hits. Putting a 14 hit limit meant that only a small portion of her burst would having the higher damage, while the rest would be much lower. I added up the average damage with and without the bonuses, and this allowed me to get a number than was lower than Aqua's. I didn't fully like how Diona also would have a hit limit, because that meant she would have to be fight 1 or 2 enemies for all her burst hits to have the bonus. And then... I remembered Diona was the only character who heals and shields. Which made this dilemma a lot easier :/ Overall, motion value is something I'm looking at for other weapons, so we can just call this a test run of sorts lol

Love this series of yours! And also loved every weapon til now. But I feel like a Noelle sig weapon would need to eliminate (or at least lessen) 1 of her biggest weaknesses: energy. Noelle nowadays has so many way to boost her personal dmg. Geo Resonance, Yunjin, Gorou, Furina etc., but all that is in vain, if you cant properly keep your 100% burst uptime. Sure you can play around this issue with clever swapping and particle catching, but I think giving her a way to generate energy is important. My proposal: Reduce the max. stack bonus back to 36% and add the following effect: "At max. stacks the user gains X energy at every (Xth) Normal or Charge ATK hit.

Comrade just made Baizhu unemployed with that Diona weapon (not really, just wanted to comment that). But yeah, looking forward to more videos to this series.
