Jean Claude!!! They’ve been friends for like a thousand years. They literally cooked and baked for Le Président Charles deGaulle in the 1950’s. And still friends and accomplices today. If we could all be so lucky…

A recent New York Times feature story about Jacques Pépin stated (erroneously!) that Jean-Claude had passed away. Not sure how that happened, but he’s still around!

Beautiful tomato! I'll be using a low carb pasta, or spaghetti squash. It's the walnut tart that I crave! As always, thanks Chef!

Barbie has never been my thing. But this interaction with JC was barby. Now barby, that I can get behind. Oh, and just _don't_ with your "get behind Barbie" jokes. I mean, I see them hypothetically, and they're kind of funny. OK, they're hilarious. I walked into it. But let's be adults here. You comedic geniuses. You _are_ funny though. I don't _not_ mean that. But this video was posted by KQED. That's a family operation. Well, I _think_ it is. It's four capital letters. Seems like a thing.
