Aspic is delicious. Anyone who doesn’t like it must have textural issues with food. I personally love gelatinous things and I know I would enjoy this. Happy cooking!

The cherry mixture would also be good as a crumble with some oats, flour, sugar and a bit of butter, fork together and have the cherry on a baking dish then the crumble over it.
