Fun fact: the prison wallet can on average stretch to about 8 inches without physical trauma. However there will be great emotional trauma

“Slowly exhale while simultaneously relaxing your sphincter” is crazy. I don’t think i could ever even do that. I know it’s a common thing in prisons but the last thing I would want in prison is a relaxed sphincter.
