I love how I’m going to watch every video from Jairus regardless and now I finished a 4 part serious about literally building a SHED HEATER! I just like watching the channel and I love engineering even if its not a super exciting project. Heaters are cool man! Because science and engineering and stuff! Yeah!

Good call on the design in the mass section when you force the hot air down in those sections it works alot better than just interupting the flow, its the principal of Counter Flow Chillers used in beer making and alot of other times you need to get the heat out of a relatively high specific heat fluid. Has something to do with when a fluid is moving easily through a pipe it creates a boundary layer at the edges of the moving mass that imparts its energy but the main mass of energy flowing through the center imparts slowly to the outside of the mass. In the counterflow it rolls on its self essentially negating that boundary layer effect allowing more of the fluid to be exposed to the metal and impart its energy directly. I like the look of the heater its self and kudos for looking up and imparting the science behind it loved the video.
