James Rebanks beautiful Herdwick sheep flock in England. James's grass is so tall that it is hard to see his sheep grazing in it. The tons of carbon that his flock is trampling on the pasture surface has turned his whole operation around. The biological wealth in his soil is staggering. James definitely has true wealth to hand down to his kids! Check out James's books that he has written, available on Amazon.

Beatrix Potter [PETER RABBIT books ] is credited with helping to save the Herdwick breed ''back in the day''....lots of heritage there.

Beatrix Potter bought lots of farms with her publishing royalties. She did this to preserve them from development and modernisation. She left them to The National Trust with lots of covenants to keep the Herdwick sheep on the farms.

Thanks for the video! I love to hear him talk on all your videos. The input what is costing the farmer money. I’m sure I’m getting talked about too by now. My pastures where my sheep are can be over 5 feet tall with forbes. The pasture where my cattle is up or over 10 feet tall too. It’s amazing how much sheep can trample. My sheep been watching my goat because they are starting to stand on their back feet or put their front feet on each other to get the higher leaves. 😂

I read an article yesterday about a bunch of uber uber rich guys buying 10,000 acre+ ranches in Montana and Texas for second , third homes. One guy who sold after a few years when he realized the “Out West” lifestyle was his dream, but not his family’s dream said “It’s very very difficult to make money raising cattle”. I’ve been watching your channel for several years so I just thought “Oh, is it?” Now, he never bought the property to make money, but I suppose he never realized how much you could spend raising livestock if you don’t know what you’re doing.

Good to see that you have come across the " Pond " to the United Kingdom 🇬🇧. Is it just you Greg or has Judy come with you ? I have heard James o the radio and occasionally on TV. Are you going to make it up to Scotland the home of many world famous cattle breeds ? Enjoy your time here.

Mum let me in on an adult conspiracy when I was old enough to question the existence of Santa. She told me that now that I knew the truth my duty was not to share the knowledge with my sister's so that I would not spoil their excitement that they would learn when they were ready. It's one thing to preserve the magic of childhood mysteries like Santa and the tooth fairy so I am glad that you and Mr. Rebanks don't have to keep silent about the benefits of your methods. I just hope that those people who are stuck with the idea that they need to follow expensive protocols learn how to partnership with their animals. It's sad that they won't give up their blinders .makes me wonder if they are flat earthers waiting for Santa to gift them with funds to buy them out of their failure. I hope they learn what mother nature could gift them if they worked with her instead of against her . It makes me wonder why people are in such deep denial about the benefits of sheep and cattle for the regeneration of depleted soil. do those people know the definition of insanity doing the same thing over and over expecting different results. I hope you have more episodes with the Rebanks family I have enjoyed watching the ones you have posted so far . 💜🌟💜🍀👍👍👍🍀🖖🖖🖖🍀💜🌟💜 😘💕💞💕🎉👏🥇 🙋🏼‍♀️
