real time is great, sometimes chef saying cook it for a while til its blah blah blah, but for us beginners we dont really know when we should stop for some steps.. this real time video gave us the real feeling of every single step. good work jamie

I actually like this format better, since I always need really detailed instructions when cooking, and also it makes me realise that cooking food from scratch doesn't always take a long time. I mean, it was 4 recipes done in less then 30 mins! Great stuff Jamie!

I love the uncut style. Please do more of these! I often find the way cooking videos are put together frustrating, but being able to follow the entire thing in real time is perfect for me.

All these simple ideas on cooking, making salads, pasta, sauce, etc. It's never ending! Seeing this makes me excited to cook more. You are a serious inspiration. Don't stop your amazing work!

PLEASE do more of those =D! It has a whole lot more Charme, rustiness and passion like normal cooking videos. It's like the one Jamie did with Hannah Heart. I enjoy it a great deal when chefs like Jamie or Gennaro get simple but passionate about making simple food =) All the best whishes from germany ;)
