Janet is always a pleasure to watch. But until recently I had no idea Antonio Sabato Jr., an immigrant from Italy, was such a jerk. He's made many ignorant remarks about former President Barack Obama. That's why Hollywood cancelled him. Sabato Jr. also admitted to having used crystal meth in the past. Of course Janet has nothing to do with any of this, she's been in showbiz since she was about 10. She is beautiful and talented. Love to see Djimon too, a talented and prolific actor.

The majority of his photographs and music videos he directed for other artists retain that classic, timeless feel and vibe. He also directed Michael Jackson & Naomi Campbell in "In the Closet", Chris Isaak & Helena Christensen in "Wicked Game" and Madonna in "Cherish".

I am 42 and I could literally overdose on nostalgia. The 90's was the last decade where there was still an innocence to life. They had the best movies, tv, and music. I sometimes sit and just close my eyes and go back to this time on my mind...just immersing myself in all the memories. I cry a lot just yearning for those days that I can never get back. The world is such a 💩show today and I just wish I could be a kid again. Just wanting to relive all those precious times 😢. I thank God for KZfaq...one of the only online platforms I really look at. Look at that pure class from days gone by, which we no longer see in pop music. A woman in nicely fitting yet comfy high waisted jeans, a simple black top, a sexy updo inspired by the 60´s, and neutral toned 90´s supermodel make up on glowy, clean skin. No ridiculous leotard, no vulgar twerking, no gyrating and stomping around, no crotch shots, no naked legs and bum cheeks out, no crude lyrics. And Antonio... God, that man was a sight to behold back in the day... legit the most beautiful male model in the world at the time. Equally simply and classily dressed in that white tank shirt and jeans, being playful and all smiles with Janet. The video just oozes sensuality, romance, sex appeal. I miss those days, I miss this kind of music and the aesthetics of 90´s videos.

@@daija731 I loved his singing - it wouldn’t “suck”, but we would never have heard this side of Janet, and I like it better than her higher voice - her voice is good no matter what, but I tend to like lower pitched, like when songs have two voices, high and low, or the same singer for both, I’m drawn to the lower ones - maybe it’s because I can’t sing higher pitches, but the lower is all good for me to belt out singing in my car!

The story goes that this song was originally supposed to be a duet with a male artist. Janet did the beginning "low" voice as a stand in until the real male voice came for the duet. The male voice never came and then Jimmy Jam, Terry Lewis and Janet liked her low voice at the beginning, so they kept it in the final mix of this song. I love it.

Yes, at the end of the Rhythm Nation era she gave us a preview of what was to come! I loved the timing of everything. It was artful in itself and not like today where everything is so rushed and artists don't get time to develop their expression over time as they mature.

One of my favs!!!! Will never forget the night this iconic video aired on MTV!!! Me and my Bestie were on the phone screaming with excitement!!!!! 🗣️ 😱😱 This was her reveal video of her weight loss. The first time we all saw, no one knew that she was working on her body, the world had no idea!!!!! It's evident that she feels so good about herself!!!! This vid was Epic!!!!!They kept playing it over and over and overrrrr. Back then, new vids (for certain artists) were never shown until 12:00 midnight! We stayed up .... on the phone.... Landline 📞 phone that is😉 and had the best time, just watching videos! No social media, nothing going viral back then so this was the talk the next day, all day!!! MTV and the News channels couldn't get enough of this vid and we couldn't either!!!! Friends calling friends....."GIRL 🤭😱, YOU SEE JANET'S NEW VIDEO!!!!???!!!!!!!!" This was a TOTALLY New look and New vibe for her! This was a video explosion!!! People were truly going crazy (me Included)!!!!! This vid is definitely a Classic. Janet's look in this vid nor the fashion will ever go out of style. So simple, yet so mesmerizingly beautiful. Even her makeup, not overdone, so pretty, just enough to simply enhance her beauty. Fun song Fact: "Love Will Never Do" - Jam and Lewis originally planned this song as a duet and considered Prince as a possible partner for Janet. When she came into the studio, Jam remembered, they prompted her to "sing it low like some guy would sing it" and loved the results so much that they ditched the duet idea.... Wow! Just thinking of would could have been. My two favorite artist doing a song together - my heart probably wouldn't been able to take it!!!

This was and is by far my most favorite and remembered Janet Jackson song. The video's simplistic beauty made it one of a kind. Janet was easily one of the most stunningly beautiful women in the world during the 90's, but in this video she is maybe the most breath takingly beautiful woman I've ever seen.

And she had a weight trainer in a nutritionist that kept her on a healthy limited diet where she could keep up her touring while losing weight!

It is crazy how these songs can get us emotional. I’m 43 and my mom was 18 when she had me. She passed away 9 years ago but I grew up listening to Janet,Bobby Brown ect. This song came across my feed and I played it and started crying about a minute into the song cause my mind instantly went back to that time in my life. It’s a beating thing when that happens😊
