If there was care, they would use a proper fillet knife to get the most meat out of the fish. Yeah it's great and all the guy is going slow as all get out with no glove but this is a step below professional in my opinion. Definitely not a novice or amateur but at the same time it could be better

McRackin I always amazed how much blood a makeral can make. I can do a 30 inch fish one night and two tiny maks the next, and the clean up after the maks is always a bigger job.

I really, really wish I could somehow like sushi. "If you don't like it, you just aren't having GOOD sushi." Well I went to a place and ordered some really expensive sushi and it was much the same experience. All the time, art, and work. They are soooo cute I wish I could eat them too!
