That's the cleanest oil for frying I have ever seen. Sometimes restaurants just keep reusing the frying oil and the food just tastes bad

A wonderful piece of meat. In Western Europe it is almost impossible to get such a nice, streaky pork chop with fat. Hardly anyone breeds pigs to get such excellent quality. Unfortunately, Western Europeans like lean meat, but it loses a lot of its taste and quality. 素晴らしい肉片。西ヨーロッパでは、脂肪の入ったこのようなすてきな筋状のポークチョップを手に入れることはほとんど不可能です。このような優れた品質を得るために豚を飼育する人はほとんどいません。残念ながら、西ヨーロッパ人は赤身の肉が好きですが、味と品質の多くを失っています。

The colour and marbling on that raw meat is impressive. The pork at my grocery store looks distinctly different, and unfortunately is comparatively leaner, considering I love the flavor of rendered fat).

Thank you for recommendation!! I went to that cutlet restaurant, and it was wonderful!! Reasonable(1,000yen in lunch time) price and really tasty. Even soup is also delicious. Location? Perfect

That is called a meat cuber. Used one at a butcher shop I worked at, except the one there was electrical and you put the meat on a conveyor belt. That thing is scary.

Farinha PANKO. Se encontra em bons supermercados ou se faz em casa com pão de forma SEM a casca, triturados grosseiramente no processador ou liquidicador, na função "pulsar". Secar por 30 minutos no forno a 50°, misturando aos 15 minutos para secar por igual.
