He even lays the noodles perfectly in the bowl before adding the rest of the ingredients- looks very beautiful and tasty. Of all the noodles places I've seen on this channel, I'd like to try this place. Looks wonderful.

it also serves a purpose aside from looking very presentable. it lets all the other ingrindients float above the noodles so that they dont drown in the soup.

Look how much pork is in his Ramen! Here in the USA, you don't even get 1 slice. It is 3 tiny pieces of Chashu pork and my Tonkatsu Ramen bowl with pork is $14.00. I want to come to your Ramen shop when I return to Japan!💗

Really really nice chashu slices, a little bit thicker than most but I appreciate it that way. Sounds stupid but I also really like how he places the noodles in the bowl. I think his presentation is awesome and I wouldn't have expected to see this on a food stall. If I ever go to Japan and end up in that part of the country I'll need to stop and have a taste of it on my own for sure! :)
