Skip you must be high! Stop drinking so much Dew it is killing your brain cells! Do you realize what it means to take the type of shots and make em that Steph does? Have you ever dribbled against an opponent that is faster and stronger and taller and still outsmart them and give 30 points? To finish with 6-11 from three on the biggest of stages are you high? That's all I am asking. I love your show Skip and Shannon always entertain me Thank you!

Hey Mr.Skip, maybe on your podcast, in the near future you can comment on things such as: I too could see that, although the Warriors initially were catching up and potentially leading Boston even throughout the fourth quarter; yet, you could see that the Warriors were physically expiring (excessive turnovers and/or fouls). Although I think that past and present coaches/presidents like: Brad Stevens, Danny Ainge and Terry Stotts are 'In-The-Box' (seeing things in only pre-establish ways) type thinking people; nevertheless I do give Brad Stevens credit for later considering and hiring Celtics new coach Ime Udoka. Being that Ime Udoka worked under Gregg Popavich, this is likely what a real team needs, which is a coach that actually knows the true, overall skillset of all his or her players as well as knowing how to rotate the players that they have available.

Boston will when the series. It's been in everyone face for the past five years. People forget biston took the fake goat to seven games as rookies. Boston was just in the eastern finals 2020. They lost to nets last year. So why wouldn't they be the best team to win it this year. They been the best team since January. Swept nets, dance with the bucks and said farewell to Miami to get to the finals. One player can't beat a team. If you don't believe me. Look at every team they went through except for brooklyn. Boston is the best and the team to beat.

Celtics and the rest of the league has figured them out. Aside from that Steph, Klay and Draymond are getting old and in their 30s. These guys get tired and trying to keep up with the Young Boston Celtics team who are mostly ten years younger than them. Warriors are fatigued once the 4th quarter comes around.

The thing about the Celtics is that they don't just rely on 2 guys, that's the problem 4 golden state and I knew this was going be a tough series for them. Obviously the toughest challenge in these playoffs 4 them. Officials lost credibility when they said in game 2 "we can't call a tech because he already had a tech" If anything, the Celtic fans probably helped Green out by being loud while Draymond was spouting off and looked like he should have had a Tech. I am not doubting that Draymond getting some kind of special treatment like the Ref's are afraid to give him a Tech. Draymond's only impact in this series is dirty play... isn't defense or offense.

The Celtics withstood the 3rd qtr storm from the Warriors, and just like any dying storm, the heavy rain stopped. The blitz in the first qtr helped set the tone, and Tatum shifting from scoring & playmaking made it easier for the rest of the team to contribute more. To beat the Warriors, it takes all 5 guys on the floor to be in a very high intensity & energy, especially at key points in the game. The Williams duo elevated their defensive pressure, and Smart not falling in love with the 3 too much & driving to the basket gave GSW more players to cover. The more they play unselfish basketball, the better chance to win against the "favorites to win it all." GSW will have to wake up soon, Draymond going for only 2 pts & 20 from the bench will not win it for them, especially during the Finals. Klay is coming back, but it would be for naught if the others regress. Also, Wiggins will need to set his offensive game up and be the 3rd option/main slasher to get more spacing on the floor. Steph & Klay will always try to shoot, but someone has to drive the lane to keep the defense honest. 3's might be more points than 2's, but the better percentage & shot quality are still points off the paint.

Almost everything thing Skip said I sadly disagree with. Besides 1... JB is definitely more scary than JT but it's not because he is better it's because his confidence level is through the roofs!!! He reminds me of a better version of Russell Westbrook but can actually shoot the ball.

Thats because jb is being guarded by Steph and Klay while jt is being guarded by Wiggins and Draymond.

@@wakingforbacon6439 u aint watching or u just delusional bc the celtics have been switching steph onto jt all series and he hasnt been able to take advantage enough. Brown is just a more consistent player than tatum, tatums got the potential to go off and get 40+ but he disappears way too often, brown rarely has a bad game.

@@dawgsyoutube4281 crazy. Wiggins had guarded jt on like 64 percent of his plays. Klay or Steph has guarded brown on like 70 percent of his. As prime defenders. Jt effects the game in Kore ways than brown can possible do. Plus everytime jt was getting the ball they were pulling an extra defender to his side. Every time. Jt is the reason they are in the finals. Period.

@@wakingforbacon6439 well those numbers make sense considering wiggins and tatum play the same position, as do klay and brown. Doesnt change the fact that ive seen curry guarding tatum numerous times which should be a free two points every time and hes been, as always, inconsistent. Im not saying tatum isnt great bc he is but that doesnt change the fact that throughout this series brown has been far more consistent on both ends of the floor.

Those play by Ime for Tatum, Brown and Smart where they back down and play iso and all players stretches the floor and go drive to the basket is like Coach Pop making play for Manu and Parker.

Steph has the worst plus/minus in the fourth quarter of all players. That is crazy. His third quarter numbers look nice tho lol

You do realize that's because the Warriors have been terrible in the 4th quarter and he's played the most minutes right. Plus/Minus is a useless stat in general because it has nothing to do with personal contributions

@@timmyhessen8585 Well Curry didn't even play the 4th in Game 2 because it was over. I would guess he's probably tired from having to carry his bum teammates for the first 3 quarters haha. I'm not saying he's played well in the 4th just that +/- is a bad stat to measure individual performance.

Celtics in 6. I see them (celtics)winning game 4, gsw winning game 5 and then boston @game 6. Jaylen brown is the finals mvp. He's setting the tone early in the 1st half, by going hard to the basket and sinking 3's. JT continuing that in the 2nd half. Celtics is hungry and wanted the banner 18.

Curry proved that he is the best player on the court last night. Playing with foul trouble and keeping the Warriors in the game with only the help of Klay. Draymond needs to stop doing his podcast.
