I haven't. But I would if I wasn't lactose intolerant. It looks so good.

@@naomithomas6301 Fermented hard cheeses don’t contain any lactose, the lactose disappears during the fermentation process so you’re safe. There’s no reason to avoid fermented hard cheeses. I’m lactose intolerant myself.

Sure. Cheddar is my favorite cheese. Especially Farmhouse Cheddar and extra mature ones. There is always cheese in my fridge 🧀🧀🧀

Red Leicester is an orange coloured English cheese, but I've only ever seen Day-Glo orange cheddar on programmes or YT vids from the USA
