Dana 30 axles, drilling required to mount and welding is optional. Must reuse original castle nut with cotter pin, ny-lock nut provided for temporary mounting. Steel material machined to exact standards.
The Jeep tie rod flip kit (also called the over the knuckle kit "otk") will flip the tie rod from the bottom mounting point on the knuckle to the top mounting point. This allows for more clearance. There are many times on the trail that you can come down on your driver side tie rod breaking it and making the rest of your trail ride dangerous. Those masonry bits are also pretty good for hardened steel Ive heard. At what lift is a mod like this necessary? And how much clearance do you actually gain? Does this prevent the pitman arm drop requirement? To what lift height? I hope my questions make sense. Also, why is the weld necessary?

So you only do the cutting and a drilling on the driver side the passenger side does not have any issues? That is with the ZJ tie rods

+Deuces Wild this jeep being low center of gravity when it's under the knuckle it sticks out like a sore thumb so after I put the v8 tie rod link on I flipped up top and it moves it out of the way from rocks and stuff

I have a 2000 xj sport,and the orginal owner had a notebook that he wrote down all the oil changes on,and the first oil change he did was in 1997, how did he do an oil change in 97 when mines a 2000?

If your around 3 inches it isn’t bad at all just kinda rocks I ran mine with a 4.5 inch lift for 3 years no problems just rocks a little bit but any higher you definitely should get some to be safe

Yeah buddy I'm sorry I just posted this on Facebook without hearing you out and you are just making one mistake after the next but apparently this video is 2 years old so you probably already heard that. You should have centered that locking piece on your steering rod because you can tell it the one side clamps over the end where there's nothing to hold up by Don to and the other side in front of the spring had plenty of meat get you should have said that piece you should have you should have seen that as quickly as I did and I am no mechanic

Just a word of advice... I had to reduce the volume in windows to 10%.. and the volume in the video to 4% in KZfaq to just not get my ear drums blown out by the intro-- then the part with you talking, I had to turn up the volume just to hear you... and--- then.. by the time I finished writing this comment about it.. I lost interest in the video because of the pacing. Either way-- Cherokee's rock.

Doesn't do that on mine. KZfaq is at 100% and laptop is at 50%. Using headphones. Actually pretty low and need to turn laptop up to hear at a normal level!
