is this a software upgrade for those with the 8.4 already? whats your process to get on uconnect 5

Uconnect 5 would be a full hardware upgrade package. We do have a "Sell Your Stuff" program that you may be able to take advantage of with that Uconnect 4 unit that you are currently equipped with. You'll be able to submit a digital form to our purchasing department with information about the hardware that you are looking to sell. Any updates on this? And does it change the instrument cluster display to u connect 5 ui as well?

The cluster will intergrate into this system since it is OEM but the cluster does not have its own uconnect 5 system. As for updates, since this is OEM, OTA(Over the air) or updates at the dealer are still the primary update methods.

Yes this will be available for 14. 2014 is the oldest Jeep we have found to be compatible.
