I do not mean to offend anyone who is an essential worker. What I meant by my statement is that everyone in one way or another has had to alter their “normal” life style because of this pandemic. Social media influencers who work on their own time do not get the excuse that they HAVE to work. Even so, they can easily continue to make videos by themselves in their homes which is most likely how they got famous anyways. It’s also funny to me that during this pandemic these influencers who have nothing better to do have stopped uploading or rarely post yet claim they can’t stop their livelihood. They just want to party which has nothing to do with their work. Drinking (most of them are underage) and doing drugs has nothing to do with filming and uploading a video. Their managers aren’t telling them to go to these parties or even host them, this is their choice and they need to own up to it.

I haven't been out partying despite my age so I cannot wrap my head around how these influencers justify their actions. She is a spoiled brat. My graduation was cancelled--I'm a first-generation Canadian and the first in my family to graduate college so this was an incredibly meaningful thing for my family. It sucks, but that's the cost of a pandemic. My loss is inconsequential to the thousands of families that have lost loved ones and their careers. Tana's actions are straight-up GROSS. Most of the vids I make have been from the inside of my house. If what you do mostly is dancing and prancing (Tik Tok)...yeah, you can do that inside your house. Now, if they came to You Tube after they made it big on Tik Tok and got their channel monetized that way because their followers followed them to You Tube...alrighty then, I can see that happening.
