The dark colored medical instrument you have shown us during 5 to 6 minutes of running time is actually a pair of dressing forceps and it doesn't have any ratchet but double locks with clicks.

These ones in particular are from a fishing brand...but they are identical to the medical instrument. Either way, I never planned on using them for their intended use lol I just wanted a nice tiny "plier" for tinkering, I just like the locking feature of these forceps.

The black hemostats are for fly fishing. The pin just under the pivot is for removing paint out of a fishing hook eye.

Makes total sense. I knew they were a fishing tool when I bought them, but I had no clue what they were intended for, I only knew what I was going to use them for lol Glad someone knew their original use!! Thank you!

Top Tip! (from a Knipex fan) Put an 82 01 200 KNIPEX TwinGrip in your bag, you'll probably use it more than the other (also great) pliers ;) Another great pliers is de Knipex Raptor 87 41 250!! I switched from those shitty adjustable wrenches to the 87 41 250, and I will never carry those heavy, nearly, useless wrenches again!

Oooo that inline grip would be useful....I've seen these before but always had the idea of "TECHNICALLY my pliers can do that already so should I buy these"....fun fact...they can't....so I should definitely buy these lol If I pick up a pair, I'll make a separate video on my thoughts! I can't imagine anything Knipex is bad.

Already in the Amazon cart! Being a Knipex fan yourself, have you had experience with the Raptor pliers? Thinking of getting those in replacement of the "Magic Wrench" but haven't heard a ton on those.
