I actually think the theater experience was amazing because it made me feel like I was in the audience watching it all live. If you want to feel like you're in the audience watch it in theaters. If you want to experience as someone who was watching the show at home then watch it at home.

Idk, early 2000s had Jeepers Creepers, House of 1000 corpses etc. Now most horror movies have been a consistent stream of like possession and exorcism bs, this one included, this one at least looks good though. I'd say early 2000s was the best, later 2000s is full of garbage.

The first main antagonist you see in the movie is a Spanish speaking, Hitler-esque little people screaming digs and obscenities at our 4 captured protagonists, who aren't much better people than the antagonists in the story. Same reason my parents are learning to use AI for their projects, it’s cheaper then paying an Artist for custom work when you don’t have the money to pay an artist for custom work. It’s kinda like saying “how could you go to McDonald’s when there’s the local restaurant scene” When all the local places have to charge $20+ a plate to pay rent. Only issue is some of us have to pay rent too.

Good flick. Had the chills. Dastmalchian was great! But the scariest part was the character Carmichael Haig's wardrobe. People used to dress like that back in the '70s, you know. I was there. Still gives me nightmares.

Got to see this in the theater when it premiered with a sold out showing. The crowd got so into this it was like we were part of the studio audience. People in the theater were reacting just like the people in the movie 😂. When it was over people were clapping and cheering. Great movie.

One of the best original movies I've ever seen. It was just too good at really taking us back to the 1970s. The grainy 70s look, the voice, the acting, the costumes, the set design and everything was stellar. The end was a brain fuck, It didn't go the way I expected and atleast it was a surprise to me. I couldn't tell after a certain point how it was all going to end. The movie feels so incredibly fresh and its entertaining from start to finish. Great Job!

I loved the way this movie was shot. Found-footage movies can be great, especially when they do something different with the premise (e.g. CHRONICLE), and this excels in giving you the feeling that you are watching something we were never meant to see.

David D. is one of the best character actors that we have. The man reminds me of the classic horror actors, he's our generation's Lon Chaney! We're so incredibly lucky to have this guy working. Hoping he does more leading man roles because this one KILLED. One of the best horrors I've seen in a while and certainly the best found footage in close to a decade.

The only time I got the creeps was when the girl was looking into the camera when she was first introduced, the rest of the movie was spent waiting for my spine to be tingled but it didn't happen again.
