Started my fitness journey beginning of 2022 - lost a lot but still have a lot to loose & neither am i the most experienced. That said... i went to train beach club by myself for a session while i was out in Dubai at the end of 2022.. what a vibe.. locker/changing rooms are ace, the gym itself is great, no wierd vibes from anyone! highly reccomend it for a proper relaxed, fun gym!

The last gym was honestly insane and very well worth it for someone who works for themselves and have a few hours of self time in the morning. Imagine being there at 7 work out, have a massage and then an ice bath and then lunch and off to work... geez

Environment is everything. If you don't instantly get hyped every time you walk into your gym, find a new one. If you're new to the gym and just starting out: make the gym as convenient as possible, either close to home or work.

Binous wins for me. That price for the amenities is wild. I pay $20 a month for a well equipped gym right now, but would definitely pay for something like binous if that existed in Wisconsin haha. I plan on building a home gym in a pole barn in the next few years though.

The $1 gym is obviously the worst but it still seems like the best bang for your buck. It's got the equipment for a good workout where as all the other gyms are extremely good but might not be worth the price. When it comes to these gyms I feel like theres a point of diminishing returns where it can't just keep getting better and better.

Yo Jesse, great vid as always but you missed the cheapest and best gym in all Dubai! Try out the calisthenics park near Skydive Dubai. Totally free and the range of exercises people do there is off the charts. Plus it has the heaviest tire flip in the city.
