Dated a woman just recently that would constantly ask for help with something and was always wanted to go out to eat, needed a phone bill and gas etc. Even wanted me to buy her a wig and she has hair that comes down to her butt. I would try to give her financial advice and she would tell me that I'm not get daddy like an elementary student would say. I dated her for a about two years and just ended it because i got tired of helping her and when i told her that I'm tired of helping you because you're an adult that should learn how to handle your money and do these things on your own without me. I don't blame her though because its my money and i could have just said no but i thought it was love and that I'm supposed to do these things for her but it was just overwhelming because she doesn't have a drive to get in a better situation for herself. I have advice and i was shot down or told that I'm wrong about my opinion. I told her that i felt used and she for mad and blocked me but it was definitely a blessing because it showed me her true colors after two years. I was the simp and i paid the price and it's definitely a lesson learned.

For a very long time even after my wife and me were getting serious in our relationship. She had full access to my bank account and wouldn't use a dime of my money for herself even when I would tell her too. She would always say it's my money meaning me.

Teenage or adult, no male should be obligated to provide a woman. To do that under any guise, marriage, relationship, etc, is a euphemism for prostitution. Quid pro quo arrangement. No worthy woman expects a recompense for being in a relationship

Jessica this video is insightful and gives that picture of how to build and sustain a good relationships. I already shared your thought even before I watched this video. I realized the way I make money and the way and manner some ladies demand from me, if I yield constantly to such demands I will run dry. And this has actually happened in previous relationship, talking from experience. So I decided to set up a plan where I teach her how to fish then tell her to spend on her numerous needs, I realized that she couldn't and was scared that the business could crash.
